Kenneth “Ken” M. Barré, III

I have dedicated my entire legal career to trial advocacy, serving as lead counsel in dozens of jury trials for both plaintiffs and defendants. This extensive courtroom experience has given me a deep understanding of the litigation process and what it takes to successfully present complex cases before judges and juries.

For much of my career, I represented large corporations and insurance companies. That experience provided me with valuable insight into how insurers evaluate claims, assess risk, and develop defense strategies in cases involving injured individuals. Today, I use that knowledge to advocate for people and families whose lives have been forever changed by serious injuries or wrongful death caused by the negligence of others.

As a lifelong Georgian, I grew up in the metro Atlanta area and have spent much of my life in both Marietta and Gainesville. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Finance from Auburn University before obtaining my Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law.

I understand that a serious injury can affect every aspect of a person’s life, and I work tirelessly to help my clients pursue the compensation and justice they deserve during some of the most difficult times they will ever face.

My wife, Sydney, and I have been married for over 10 years. We live in Marietta, Georgia with our four-year-old daughter, two-year-old son (our “monsters”), and our pup, Belle. We are active members of our Church. For the past ten years, I have mentored for Truth in Nature, an organization I hold dear that minister to and mentors young men from fatherless homes in the hopes that we can help bridge that gap. Given the opportunity to choose my fun, you can find me in the woods hunting, in the water fishing, or on a tractor playing farmer. My goals in life are plain: be a decent person, raise kids with my wife and do the right thing, i.e. keep it simple and the rest will follow.
