Harrison W. Spires

I became a trial lawyer because I believe people deserve a voice when they are facing powerful insurance companies and corporations. Every client has a story, and I am committed to helping them seek accountability, justice, and the resources they need to move forward.  I am dedicated to helping people who have suffered serious injuries and families who have lost loved ones because of someone else’s negligence. Since 2009, I have represented clients throughout Georgia, successfully litigating cases in both state and federal courts and fighting to secure the compensation they need to move forward after life-changing events.

Before joining The Simon Law Firm, I spent several years at one of Georgia’s largest defense firms, where I represented major corporations and worked to defend them against lawsuits. That experience gave me valuable insight into how insurance companies and corporate defendants evaluate claims, investigate cases, and develop defense strategies. Today, I use that knowledge to advocate for injured individuals and their families.

I have extensive experience investigating complex personal injury and trucking cases, including taking depositions of defendant drivers, trucking company owners, and corporate representatives to uncover critical evidence that can strengthen a client’s case. I believe thorough preparation and attention to detail are essential to achieving successful outcomes, and I work diligently to build the strongest possible case for every client I represent.

I grew up in Atlanta and attended Marist School, where I played both football and baseball. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia while working as an operating room assistant at St. Mary’s Hospital. That experience provided me with a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by injured patients and their families. After spending a year working in the real estate industry, I attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and earned my law degree.

I understand that a serious injury affects far more than a person’s physical health—it can impact every aspect of life, including family, finances, and future opportunities. My goal is to provide every client with personal attention, honest guidance, and strong advocacy throughout the legal process. I consider it a privilege to represent individuals and families during some of the most difficult times in their lives and to help them pursue the justice and compensation they deserve.
