Simon Bridgers Spires – Atlanta Personal Injury Attorneys
Cut from a different cloth
When you have been in practice for 30 years, you have seen every iteration of injury and fatality case. In addition the Firm’s founder mediates with insurance companies 3 days a week and can provide unique insights into the way that adjusters approach claims. The reality is insurance companies, by and large, are not evil or out to get you. They simply have a different perspective on the odds of a case in front of a jury and tend to be conservative because if they are paying a claim voluntarily, they expect a discount for delivering a sure thing.
Everyone might agree that there is no wrongful death in Georgia where the victim is blameless, that is worth less than $3,000,000 but available insurance coverage to pay any verdict and the time it takes to get to verdict need to be weighed.
What accident victims deserve are honest answers in the first few months of a case. As lawyers, we may not know exactly how things will play out and there are certainly insurance adjusters who are a pain in the ass for no reason, but on average we can accurately advise you on how things will play out.
